Welcome to Lumia Clean Co. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Lumia Clean Co provides professional residential and property-related cleaning services across Sydney, including but not limited to:

• End of Lease / Vacate Cleans

• Move-In Ready Cleans

• Pre-Sale & Open Home Presentation Cleans

• Short-Term Rental & Executive Lease Cleans

• Carpet Steam Cleaning

• Oven Cleaning

• Pressure Cleaning

• Minor Property Maintenance & Repairs

 

Service inclusions may vary depending on the package selected and property condition.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

• Additional charges may apply where the condition, size, or scope of the property differs from the original description.

• Prices are inclusive of standard cleaning equipment and supplies unless otherwise stated.

• Complimentary promotional inclusions are offered at Lumia Clean Co’s discretion and may change without notice.

 

3. Bookings & Access

• Clients must ensure safe and legal access to the property at the agreed time.

• If keys are required, arrangements must be made prior to the service.

• Delays caused by lack of access may incur additional fees.

• Utilities including electricity and running water must be available during the service.

 

4. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept bank transfer and other approved payment methods.

• Late payments may incur recovery costs or suspension of future services.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations or inability to access the property may result in a call-out fee.

• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including unsafe weather or staff illness.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in delivering premium results. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the clean:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

• We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, return to rectify the issue at no additional cost.

• The guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage, wear and tear, mould, permanent staining, or areas outside the agreed scope of work.

 

7. Bond Return Disclaimer

While we clean to a professional standard aligned with common real estate expectations, Lumia Clean Co cannot guarantee a full bond return, as this remains at the discretion of landlords, agents, and property managers.

 

8. Property Condition & Damage

• Existing damage, heavy staining, mould, pest infestations, or unsafe conditions must be disclosed prior to commencement.

• Lumia Clean Co is not responsible for damage resulting from faulty fixtures, poor maintenance, fair wear and tear, or fragile items.

• Any concerns regarding accidental damage caused during service must be reported within 24 hours.

 

9. Maintenance & Repairs

Where minor maintenance or repairs are identified:

• We may notify the client and seek approval before completing additional works.

• Some minor adjustments may be completed on the spot at our discretion.

 

10. Photos & Reporting

Lumia Clean Co may take before and after photos for quality assurance, reporting, and documentation purposes.

These images:

• May be shared with the client or managing agent as part of the service report

• Will not identify occupants or personal information

• Will not be publicly used without consent

 

11. Safety

Our team reserves the right to refuse or cease work where:

• The environment is unsafe

• Hazardous materials are present

• Aggressive behaviour or unlawful activity occurs

 

12. Insurance

Lumia Clean Co is fully insured with public liability coverage. Details can be provided upon request.

 

13. Privacy

Client information is handled confidentially and used only for service delivery, invoicing, and communication purposes.

 

14. Website Use

All content on this website, including branding, text, images, and materials, remains the property of Lumia Clean Co and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
