Every property is different, and pricing may vary depending on the size, condition and overall presentation of the home. Factors such as heavy build-up, excessive dust, pet hair, mould, parking access, balconies, additional bathrooms or extra services may impact final pricing.

Preparing for Your End of Lease Clean
To help us achieve the best result:

The property should ideally be vacant before the clean

Electricity and running water must be connected

Keys, access instructions and parking information should be provided prior to arrival

We recommend scheduling any trades or movers before the clean to maintain presentation and hygiene standards

Important information about Bond Returns
Our Move-In Ready Cleaning service is designed to improve presentation, hygiene and overall cleanliness before occupancy. While we clean to a high professional standard, the service does not include mould remediation, pest treatments, permanent stain removal, hazardous waste cleaning or rectification of pre-existing damage unless specifically quoted.
For heavily soiled properties or additional requests outside the agreed scope, additional charges may apply.
